I have a XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. XXXX sent me forms to complete. During this time, my account was in administrative forbearance. However, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX payments in XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. Most recently in XXXX, when my account entered repayment without my knowledge, they send the notice by USPS to an OLD address. My address has been updated by email and phone on three occasions in XXXX and XXXX. When XXXX was made aware, they instructed me to dispute with credit bureaus rather than fixing it themselves. When I disputed through credit bureaus, they refused to fix their error despite my credit report even showing the updated address. Moreover, the terms of the loan state that as a resident of Maine, I was eligible for loan discharge due to XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX proven by the form they required my doctor to complete. Yet, they continue to deny, delay and refuse to fix my credit report which caused me to lose a mortgage and reduced credit rating. XXXX continues to deny my discharge and is punitive with reporting. I need help.
