On or about Friday XX/XX/2023 I made an attempt to reach out to Wells Fargo concerning my application for Mortgage Assistance was received. However I was misinformed that I put a cease and desists order on the Mortgage Account which is not true. And then later on that day I receives these two documents in the mail stating a new payment amount pertaining to the mortgage. But yet they has my home scheduled for XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2023. And Im left in suspense because Im willing to pay the new mortgage amount and move on but Wells Fargo refuses to communicates with me
