Unfortunately, American Express National Bank was reckless in giving a credit card without my knowledge to a criminal on XX/XX/XXXX ( attached IDTheft_Report submitted to Federal Trade Commission ). As attached ( Fraud Card ), regular payments stopped in XX/XX/XXXX. American Express National Bank did not contact me. === Although i receive regular mail for my American Express Personal Savings account, i never received mail or email for this credit card activity. American Express National Bank has never contacted me before, on this and I never received prior inquiries for this debt. Instead, the debt was outsourced to a debt collection agency. XXXX hired a XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX ( attached Complain for account ). I do not have any responsibility for the debt the law firm is trying to collect. This is my second complaint. ==== In the first complaint ( XXXX response ) sent by Consumer Finance Protection Bureau, the company, XXXX XXXX of The law firm XXXX XXXX firm responded, they initially looked to serve me on XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, CA XXXX. My home address is in XXXX since XXXX. XXXX XXXX of The law firm XXXX XXXX XXXX, represents plaintiff, American Express National Bank, some how found my home address & has served my husband, i was not at home at the time XX/XX/XXXX, with a complaint against me, owing {$4500.00} within the past 4 years. I immediately, looked up my credit score, and found phone numbers and employment position, which doesn't belong to me. I filed a dispute with XXXX for the following on XX/XX/XXXX, and the following were removed : 1. debts, and 2. the wrong phone numbers, 3. and wrong employment description XXXX found the disputed information were sent in by American Express National Bank XXXX American Express National Bank allowed to send a legal complaint which is unverified, as it never belonged to me, i never opened an account with American Express National Bank Shouldn't American Express National Bank provide verification of debt. If there is a good reason to believe that I am responsible for this debt, mail me the following documents : 1. Proof i opened the account == 2. Proof of the transactions & statements == 3.
