XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Tx XXXX Along with illegally hacking into local law enforcement 's alert system here in XXXX XXXX, the public libraries computer system here in XXXX XXXX, all personal social media accounts and private financial accounts of mine, as well as a number of other institutions systems that they do not have access to and should not be hacking into which is 100 % a cyber crime that these hackers are doing by hacking into, the hackers that PHH Mortgage Services use to target and discriminate against homeowner 's who they commit fraud on and illegally foreclose on and who challenge them in court, have also hacked into the system of the homeless shelter I am staying at, XXXX XXXX XXXX, after PHH Mortgage Company/Services and XXXX XXXX illegally foreclosed on me a total of 4 times as well as illegally evicted me and stole my home on XX/XX/2023 at XXXX XXXX XXXX, in XXXX XXXX XXXX Tx XXXX XXXX The reason for this I can only assume is so that I am not shown as actually being homeless and possibly hide what it is they did to me when PHH/XXXX XXXX used XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to illegally evict me on XX/XX/XXXX and throw me and the other resident residing at XXXX XXXX XXXX at the time, XXXX XXXX who is in XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and on XXXX due to a XXXX XXXX XXXX with XXXX and therefore had protection from PHH/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX illegally evicting us like they did, out and onto the street like they did. Facts are facts and I am homeless because PHHXXXX illegally foreclosed, evicted, and stole my home. There is no denying it. Currently I am on my 3rd pre intake with the homeless shelter I am staying at, XXXX XXXX XXXX, ( the final one before I am suspended from staying there ). You have to stay there for a 7 day period ( the pre-intake period ) each and every night and get your badge scanned in at the end of the night when you go in to sleep for the night to get credit for staying there. Its basically to keep individuals not homeless from taking advantage of the system and taking up a spot for others who are actually homeless and in need of the service the shelter provides if the individual is not really homeless and therefore leaves elsewhere when the day is through and doesn't really stay there over night. The previous intakes I was there every night. I left my badge with staff as required to get scanned each and every night. I need this service. I have nowhere to go. No family to help me out. No one to help me have a roof over my head for the night. At the end of the last pre intake periods I had to hear how I was only scanned in a total of 2 nights only, making me look as if I'm not staying there and playing the system. I was there every night but was made to look as if I wasn't. I know what happened and why I didn't get scanned in like I should have because I know all to well this is the work of the hackers PHH uses, hacking into the system there at XXXX XXXX XXXX to show I wasn't scanned in for the nights I was there previously and is why I constantly am saying they need to face criminal charges for what they are doing to me that PHH has been using to target me as well as other homeowners in manners/examples similar to this. They would rather see me out on the street where I am alone, hungry, dirty, with no help at all then to allow me to use this desperately needed and much appreciated homeless shelter service that XXXX XXXX XXXX provides. Me not getting to court to face PHH is more important than me surviving apparently. My 3rd and final pre intake is up this week on Wednesday ( XX/XX/2023 ) in which I report to the front office to hear if I will be allowed to stay or if once again these hackers have targeted me again and hacked into the system there to show I haven't been staying at XXXX XXXX XXXX when I have in fact stayed there each and every night of this 7 day pre intake periods just like the previous ones. I need this service. It puts a roof over my head at night and gives me 3 hot meals a day so that I am not on my own out on the street having to steal food just to eat and survive. I am reporting this now so that the CFTB and PHH are fully aware of what's being done to me at the hands of the hackers that PHH is using to target and discriminate against me so that you know full well if I am kicked out the program/shelter come Wednesday ( XX/XX/2023 ), its on your hands ( CFTB ) for once again not doing anything at all to stop or have criminal charges brought against these hackers and those at PHH who hired this discriminating service, for what they are doing to me. I am homeless. PHH illegally foreclosed relentlessly on me a total of 4 times and even had me illegally evicted where they absolutely 100 % stole my home on XX/XX/XXXX and threw me and XXXX out on the street! We were supposed to have protection from this. You did nothing to protect us, CFTB! Your laws you enacted ( RESPA, Federal, etc. ) did absolutely nothing to stop this institution from doing this to us! The worst part is I am not a " liar loan '' and have never once ever committed mortgage fraud which somehow if I did, would justify in your eyes what is being done to me and my mortgage, even though it really wouldn't! Doesn't matter. Somehow I'm to believe though, that maybe this time these hackers will be stopped from hacking into where they have no authority to hack into and continue on destroying every part of my life, this time getting me thrown out of XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX by hacking their system to show haven't stayed there the past week when I have absolutely no where else to go and will stay there each and every single night. Maybe I am foolish for placing faith in an institution that doesn't have clue how to stop this institution ( PHH ) from doing whatever it wants to keep homeowners from getting their day of justice in court against them for committing criminal as well as civil crimes against us. Or, maybe you too, CFTB, don't believe what it is I say and that I am actually homeless and perhaps beleive I am just making the whole thing up? Is that it? See attached!
