Copy of Email sent on XXXX XXXX XXXX to XXXX XXXX XXXX EST To the investigation team for identity theft and fraud, I submitted a screen shot from XXXX credit agency showing that the following two accounts are under DISPUTE a SECOND TIME because they are identity theft as requested by XXXX XXXX member customer rep who created the CASE ID on XX/XX/XXXX approximately at XXXXXXXX XXXX I was supposed to receive FOLLOW UP by the XXXX INVESTIGATIVE TEAM by XX/XX/XXXX. I receive NO FOLLOW UP VIA EMAIL. I emailed XXXX again on XX/XX/XXXX included the requested screenshot dispute page from XXXX and still received NO FOLLOW UP. I called the XXXX customer phone center twice due to not being able to hear the representatives speak without repeating cutting in and out on the phone and asked to escalate to a supervisor XXXX who repeated a script about needing to resubmit due to me receiving no follow up and that it takes 3-5 business days to receive follow up. I had to disconnect the phone call with supervisor XXXX because I could not hear him any longer. I had multiple fraudulent accounts opened with XXXX all in collections without my consent back in XXXX of XXXX which I discovered in XX/XX/XXXXXXXX when I received an updated credit report from all three credit reporting agencies and was experiencing identity theft. XXXX reported in XX/XX/XXXX to XXXX dispute that I filed that ALL accounts were indeed fraudulent except for TWO ACCOUNTS : That begin with XXXX AND XXXX with balances remaining even though the accounts were all closed by my request and still causing major damage to my credit report and FICO score. This is the reason for opening CASE ID XXXX to dispute the remaining two XXXX accounts as equally fraudulent. It is iLLOGICAL that these two accounts would remain on my credit report due to XXXX but all others all opened in XX/XX/XXXX without my consent using my personal information would be legitimate. I am extremely upset with the delays and system of XXXX to give me scripted answers and no appropriate follow up for a simple matter where these accounts should also be immediately reported as fraud to XXXX so they can also be removed from my credit report. I did not OPEN ANY XXXX ACCOUNTS IN XX/XX/XXXX AND I AM NOT FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THEM. However, Until XXXX confirms these last remaining accounts are also fraudulent like all the others they confirmed fraud, my credit report suffers and it shows me responsible and that they are in collections! Who will step up in XXXX and take responsibility to do the right thing? I am reporting this situation to the CFPB Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
