I am XXXX XXXX and I am submitting this CFPB complaint to formally dispute the inaccurate information that is currently appearing on my credit report. As a consumer protected under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), I have the right to accurate and up-to-date credit information, and I expect that my rights will be respected. I recently received a copy of my credit report and was shocked to find that there are several accounts that I did not open and have no knowledge of. It has come to my attention that there are several fraudulent inquiries listed on my credit report that are in direct violation of the FCRA.
