I paid off my Sallie Mae loan in full on XX/XX/XXXX, as agreed ending in XXXX. Upon creating the loan, I opened the loan in my name " XXXX XXXX XXXX '' but had to utilize a co-signer, so my father assisted " XXXX XXXX XXXX ''. I have reached out to Sallie Mae by official mail, email, and phone and have not been able to resolve the issues outlined : 1 ) Credit Bureaus are not reporting the loan as paid in full, paid as agreed, and closed for my credit, and my fathers. 2 ) There is one late payment through the entire duration of the loan showing 60 - 89 days late in XX/XX/XXXX. I have already spoken with Sallie Mae, provided documentation, and this was supposed to be removed accordingly as I was in forbearance during this time and requested continued forbearance which was approved but for some reason their system did not recognize it.
