Navy Federal as been doing whatever they want to with my account for the last few months I have been frozen since XXXX there is over {$50000.00} in my account and I need to access the funds it is a 2 hour wait time to call whenever I try to get someone from security I submitted all the required documents and they still have not reached out its way pass the time frame they give and I need to go to the bank and withdraw my money and they need to remove all restrictions from my account and stop doing this to me
