A friend sent me money in which I attached all receipts for a trip as seen on the receipts attached. From her phone number etc. We then chose to cancel an I advised once I received funds back she would be refunded. She chose to report fraud instead of awaiting the refund. My bank without researching calling me etc just put fraud on my XXXX account and close permanently. Staying confirmed fraud. I said how was that confirmed I was contacted no one asked me for documentation like a regular investigation. They were just aggressive and told me it was permanent dosnt even try to fix it when I advised I had proof this not fraud. I put a lot of money is this account monthly. See attachments it was clearly sent from the sender XXXX on her own free will thats not fraud. Her requesting a refund is not fraud I have to process her refund from XXXX nothing to do with my bank or XXXX. But my bank stated they confirmed fraud how and where. My bank can confirm both of these ladies sent the money only one lied on it being fraud.
