Numerous relatives received voicemail messages from XXXX asking for a XXXX XXXX ( my maiden name is XXXX ). On the voicemail message the person indicated a lawsuit was filed against me for a Capital One account and that they were taking government action. I called the # and let the man know that I have an attorney representing me for bankruptcy. He told me that it didn't matter and that I was going to have to pay. He then cursed at me when I repeated that I have an attorney and offered the information. The man put me on hold for almost 10 minutes. I hung up the phone and he called me back. He identified himself only as being with XXXX XXXX XXXX and gave a file number of XXXX. He proceeded to curse at me some more and told me good luck in court. He then hung up.
