CFPB NEVER INVESTIGATED THE SUBSTANTIATED DOCUMENTS AND INFORMATION I PROVIDED THE FIRST TIME! CFPB REPORTED I SUBMITTED THE SAME CLAIM. IF THAT IS SO, Why Didnt I get Specific answers to questions and accusations I posed. I dont believe CFPB Never investigated the Verifiable information I handed in. NOR DID I RECEIVE THE SPECIFIC ANSWERS TO WHAT BACKUP CONTACTS, DOCUMENTS, AND DID NOT CONTACT THE MANAGERS NAMES, with PHONE NUMBERS I PROVIDED THEM WITH. -CFPB NEVER PROVIDED ME WITH ANY SPECIFIC AND DIRECT FEEDBACK TO THE QUESTIONABLE BUSINESS PRACTICES OF FAY SERVICING. I EVEN HIGHLIGHTED THE DOCUMENTS FAY SENT ME WITH CONTRADICTIONS THAT WERE MADE WITHIN DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS OF FAY. -FAY SERVICING HAS BEEN INVESTIGATED AND FINED FOR MANY OF THE SAME REASONS I PROVIDED WRITTEN DOCUMENTED PROOF OFF. -I BELIEVE CFPB IS A PAPER TIGER AT BEST THEY APPEAR TO WANT TO ONLY BIG CASES THAT THEY CAN PUBLISH AND RECEIVE ACCOLADES FOR! I BELIEVE THESE INSTITUTIONS ARE AWARE THAT THERE IS NO REAL RECOURSE OR CONSEQUENCES TO THEM. THEREFORE THEY CONTINUE WITH THE SAME PRACTICESWHY? BECAUSE THEY KNOW THEY CAN WITHOUT SIGNIFICANT CONSEQUENCES ( WHY WOULD THEY CHANGE, THEY CAN MAKE MORE THEN THEY CAN LOSE USING THE SAME TACTICS AS WHEN THEY WERE FINED WITH NO SIGNIFICANT RECOURSE. THE FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS THAT USE FAY ARE AWARE OF FAYS DUBIOUS BUSINESS PRACTICES. THESE FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS GET THEIR NEGATIVE REPUTATIONS AS THEY TURN THEIR HEADS AND -MINIMIZE THE TRUE HARM AND DAMAGE THEY ARE PROMOTING BY HIRING FAY SERVICING. THEY KNOW, BELIEVE ME THEY ALL KNOW WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON AND DO NOTHING TO STOP IT WHY SHOULD THEYTHE FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS KEEP MAKING MORE PROFITS THEN EVER BEFORE. THEY FACE LITTLE OR NO CONSEQUENCES FOR THEIR ACTION CFPB IN ESSENCE IS HELPING THESE MORALLY BANKRUPT FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS BY NOT INVESTIGATING THE SMALL AVERAGE JOES COMPLAINTS. -AND AND -THE FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS KNOWS THIS. THEY USE CFPB AS A SUPPORTIVE ORGANIZATION FOR THE QUESTIONABLE PRACTICES THEY USE. -MUCH APPRECIATION TO CFPB FOR PRETENDING TO PROTECT THE PUBLIC -IN ESSENCE CFPB IS COMPLICIT FOR APPEARING TO HELP US THE LITTLE GUY, YET ARE NOT WILLING TO MAKE THE HARD AND TOUGH DECISIONS NEEDED! Is CFPB AFRAID OF REPERCUSSIONS FROM THESE INSTITUTIONS. XXXX BELIEVE THEY ARE SCARED STIFF OF THEM! -CFPB THE PAPER TIGER WITH NO BACKBONE!
