First incident occurred XX/XX/XXXX XXXX ) Case # XXXX Department # XXXX On XX/XX/XXXX TD bank declined a XXXX purchase in the amount of {$65.00} when my checking account had the available funds of {$2000.00} Second incident XX/XX/XXXX XXXX ) Case # XXXX Dept XXXX TD bank declined cvs purchase in the amount of {$26.00} when my checking account had an available balance of {$600.00} TD Deceptive business practices TD bank advertises that they are the most convenient bank. That statement is completely false, I have persistently experienced my debit card purchases declined when there are available funds to cover the purchases.. No value for long term customer loyalty TD bank has absolutely no value for their physically challenged senior citizen customers I have been a loyal TD bank customer for 10 consecutive years without no overdrafts or anything else, TD bank has persistently attempted to make me appear as a irresponsible account holder by fabricating these incidents of fraud on my checking account when When funds were available to cover the purchase I made
