My name is XXXX XXXX XXXX, and I am writing this request on my own behalf. I have enjoyed my experience with this company and am writing to simply request a " goodwill '' adjustment to your reporting to the three credit agencies. I have a series of late payments due to experiencing a medical hardship. I say this not to justify my delinquencies but to indicate that, that time was not a reflection of my credit worthiness. Since that time I have been an exceptional customer paying on time every month and have now completed all payments. I would like, if possible, for these payments to be reconsidered and removed from my credit report.
