This has been an ongoing problem for a few years now. Equifax keeps saying i have not applied for credit, not used it or simply am not a US citizen. Untrue because i have credit reports with XXXX and XXXX. I have sent them my personal information many times, via mail and fax. To be able to verify who i am. The other credit bureaus have no problem showing me my credit scores. I even went as far as to contact all my credit cards and student loans to verify that they are infact reporting to Equifax every month, so I'm co fused as to how i can not have credit through them. But now because of Equifax refusing to give me my credit score because they can not verify who i am, i am unable to get a house mortgage. And i refuse to send them all my personal information again for like the 9th time just because they can't do their job correctly. I call and call and they all give me the same lame go around, " if you could send us your personal information via fax or mail we can verify your identity '' untrue because I've done it multiple times already and each time they say the same thing.
