XXXX XX/XX/XXXX I received a notification from Albert stating my XXXX account ( the primary account where they have been withdrawing my money for my savings goals ) had disconnected and I tried multiple times between and XXXX and XXXX to reconnect it. - I reached back out to Albert on XX/XX/XXXX asking that they manually find a way to reconnect my account so I could withdraw the over {$4000.00} dollars that I have saved in the app. - None of the instructions received worked and on XX/XX/XXXX they told me that the app would need to be updated and this could take 2-3 business days. -It is now XX/XX/XXXX and I am still not able to withdraw my savings from the application. I have been constantly reaching out only to be bumped from person to person asking for me to explain the situation over and over with no resolution. -There is no live representative to talk to and they are saying they are not able to fix it. They are holding my money with no way for me to get it out.
