Radius Global Solutions contacted me on behalf of XXXX XXXX XXXX to collect a debt that I do not owe. I bought an item from XXXX XXXX in XXXX of XXXX. XXXX XXXX signed me up ( unbeknownst to me ) for some subscription plan that I was unaware of until XXXX of XXXX. I messaged XXXX XXXX through email requesting to be removed from this. They agreed. I then contacted them two other times in XXXX and then again in XXXX because they had not canceled this. They still did not even though they said they would. So, I took action through XXXX ( who I used to pay for this ) and canceled that payment and refund me since XX/XX/XXXX ( even though really it shouldve been since XX/XX/XXXX but I hadnt caught it until XXXX so I didnt have much of a leg to stand on, other than the fact that I didnt sign up for this service that got me nothing. I never received product outside of the initial product either. XXXX resolved my issue by finding in my favor. XXXX XXXX then reached out to me several times pestering me with invoices for products never received. Then they sent me to collections and I received my first notice about a month ago. I disputed this with evidence from XXXX and emails from XXXX XXXX and myself and no action was taken. I have now called and told Radius Global Solutions to stop trying to collect on this debt and am now in fear they are going to unfairly report this nonsense charge to my credit.
