Transunion, XXXX and XXXX keep disregarding the law. I showed them multiple times of how they are violating the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Over the past year, I've sent letters to Transunion, XXXX and XXXX repeatedly and they show complete disregard for the law. According to 15 USC 1681i ( 5 ) the credit bureaus have to modify or delete accounts that are not reporting accurately According to 15 USC 1681b ( 1 ) the credit bureaus dont have written permission According to 15 USC 1681 I have the right to privacy According to 15 USC 1681s-2 A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. ( B ) Reporting information after notice and confirmation of errors A person shall not furnish information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if ( i ) the person has been notified by the consumer, at the address specified by the person for such notices, that specific information is inaccurate; and ( ii ) the information is, in fact, inaccurate. The credit bureaus show no respect for the laws. They need to be held accountable. Additionally, according to 15 USC 6802c, I was never given clear explanation of how I can exercise nondisclosure option. I told told the bureaus this and they have not removed ALL of the accounts requested.
