For months Transunion has been blatantly ignoring my request for an investigation into this supposed charge off from XXXX. I have sent numerous letters to the credit bureau and the creditor as well. Transunion has " verified this account '' but XXXX and XXXX has been unable to do so and deleted the negative account from my report with both bureaus. I requested verification of investigation on XXXX XXXX and have yet to get a response back from Transunion on what procedure they used and the other bureaus were not able to. I also reached out to the creditor to verify they confirmed this information and no one has sent me any other documentation.
