I should have gotten a refund check from canceling my gap insurance and service warranty on my vehicle because it was paid off early the refund check is for XXXX the dealership the XXXX XXXX said the sent the check to Kia motor finance on XX/XX/2023 as of XX/XX/2023 Kia motor finance say they still havent received the check and neither the dealership nor Kia motor finance can tell me where my refund is and I constantly keep having to go back and forth
