I have several cards with Comenity, but my hot topic card recently had the credit limit DECREASED without notice except my alert from the credit bureau!! When I called in today they said it was due to some thing that was reported on my credit report, and my guess it was probably the charge-offs from affirm which I disputed, and they were successfully taken off!! comenity Bank said they mailed me a letter on XX/XX/XXXX which I never received!! my credit score has actually increase since XX/XX/XXXX! And technically this is causing my credit score to decrease!!
