This all started when my wife was opening new service in XX/XX/2022 from XXXX for our new address. When I spoke to a representative, they stated I owe {$980.00} for service in Georgia USA. I explained we don't live in Georgia nor have we in the past. I gave the representative all of my current information as well as my personal information for verification purpose. However the representative stated I still owe for an account I did not open, and this is fraudulent. I asked the representative if they have identification on file and they said yes. They called several times requesting payment and tried to withdraw funds from my credit card for the past amount due from someone in Georgia. Yesterday I received a letter from XXXX. XXXX XXXX stating I owe {$4100.00}. This is illegal and I should not be charged or pay for something I have no knowledge of. I explained this to the representative, however they were not interested in hearing what I had to say. They wanted me to pay for someone's else bill.
