Today makes Day 61 under FCRA LAW EXPERIAN is required to remove accounts being Reported inaccurately immediately its been over 30 Days its been 2 and half months Experian is reporting inaccurate information on my credit Report i notified Experian over 6 months ago multiple times and Experian is still reporting the 2 inaccurate accounts on my credit report : Name : XXXX XXXX XXXX Account number : XXXX Name : XXXX XXXX XXXX Account XXXX XXXX XXXX has violated my rights. XXXX and XXXX has both done an investigation and Deleted the two inaccurate accounts above off of my credit report but Experian is still the only Credit Bureau that is reporting the accounts inaccurate. Its is an violations under the FCRA to report inaccurate information on an person credit report and I demand that Experian Delete the Two accounts immediately off of my credit report ( Name : XXXX XXXX XXXX Account number : XXXX Name : XXXX XXXX XXXX Account XXXX XXXX XXXX, has violated my rights. Im fed up and Im on my last leg i will sue Experian if they dont removed the two inaccurate accounts off of my account immediately. Thanks
