The account was removed from my credit report and I thought the matter was resolved. On XX/XX/XXXX the account reappeared on my credit report. I tried contacting XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX at the number I was given ( XXXX ) many times but I only got a busy signal, not even a voicemail. I have no other way to contact them.
