Currently, I hold a Money Network Pay card. This card is used to receive payment from my temporary service. Recently, I connected it to my cash app account, so I can still use my debit card, although I have not been working. Come to find out, Money Network has linked my card, with another card and I have lost a lot of money. For example, there are two credit cards, with the same name, but different people. One has a positive balance, which was mine and the other had a negative balance, with was the fraudulent account. The company has taken my money majority of the times to cover another money network card to cover their negative balance and I have tried to resolve. This company refuses to give me my money back, although I have gone through account in detail with them numerous of times. Not only have I filed a complaint with the XXXX, but they still continue to commit fraud on my account. Please make it stop. Please audit there records on my account and make them pay my money back. You will notice, that a deposit will appear 2- 3 days, prior tot he pay date and be forced to cover deposits prior, which should have already been covered. This is how they skim money out of the account. For example, I had 3 posted deposits totaling {$200.00} on XX/XX/,, but I don't get paid until XX/XX/, they take that deposit for XXXX and post it to XX/XX/ and the remaining balances that would have covered the {$200.00} disappears. This is a Ponzi scheme. I am tired of this. I am legitimately homeless and need every dollar I can get.
