I will seek legal action against all major credit bureaus, I am fully aware of my laws as a consumer and I will enforce these laws to the fullest possible extent. The fair credit reporting act states that information shall not be reported without my given consent. It also states that information in my report shall not be given to any employer without my given consent and both of these rights have been violated.
