I made a credit card payment to Barclays Bank on XX/XX/2022 in the amount of {$920.00}. Barclays sold my credit account to XXXX Bank and neither bank has given me credit for that payment made. XXXX has referred me back to Barclays. Barclays attempted to communicate with XXXX and XXXX from the XXXX XXXX has called me, but previous claim is now closed even though this situation is not resolved. XXXX continues to be non-responsive. I have also filed an action with the XXXX against XXXX over this. I would like proof from Barclays that they received my payment based on the transaction information I provided them, as well as proof of them sending it to XXXX. I would like my refund of {$920.00} immediately. I have proof of payment from XXXX Bank including the credit tracing number. Previous Claim # XXXX
