Hello, we have been contacted by XXXX XXXX from Baxter Bailey & Associates out of XXXX, XXXX XXXX to be attorneys. Upon contact, they state they will file civil charges including defamation and harassment. When asking for paperwork for the client they represent, XXXX was unable to furnish proper paperwork confirming the legitimacy of their client. XXXX has on multiple occasions threatened legal suit and slander if we don't pay their client. However, their client breached our contract under " fraud '' for double brokering a load. XXXX has even spoken on behalf of their attorney XXXX XXXX, practicing out of TN and instructed us over the phone that XXXX had every right and authority to speak on behalf of their client and attorney without being barred himself. Baxter Bailey & Associates are representing fraudulent actors in motor carrier operations, threatening defamation and pretending to be attorneys.
