On XX/XX/2023 I wrote and mailed Transunion asking that they investigate and remove the negative items that are on credit report. As a consumer I have rights and understand the laws that apply to me. Today marks XX/XX/2023 and as I have pulled my report once more nothing has been done about this matter. I am beyond furious with this company as they aren't complying with their own policies and procedures. The deadline was XX/XX/2023 to investigate my report and remove those items, however it has not been completed in the timely manner now I am demanding that each item I listed negative on my credit be removed immediately or my next step is go file an official complaint with the State Attorney General 's Office.
