Was not notified of any debt owed/associated with Helvey and Associates until it appeared on my credit report. Tried to determine the action and why I was not notified, and the company refused to provide any information or proof that they sent correspondence to me at my residence of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, which I have been at since 2016. Disputed this with XXXX and it was removed however, Helvey and XXXX refuse to remove debt though I am not aware of the debt, this collection company, and was not provided documentation regarding this debt in order to determine if it was correct. This company has been known to threaten people, not contact them, and threatened that I would be sued if I did not pay the debt that I was not aware that I had. In addition, I submitted a debt consolidation letter via mail, which I received no response to.
