Back in XXXX of 2016, we were finally approved for a VA Hamp modification after the attorney sent XXXX XXXX several letters due to them denying us. They placed us on a temporary modification for 90 days as it was required. The month of XXXX, XXXX and XXXX were all paid on time, therefore we were given a VA Hamp permanent modification. We paid all of our payments on time yet XXXX XXXX continues to report I was late all the way to XX/XX/2016 which is incorrect. There was {$16000.00} that were put as a balloon payment in the modification so they were not suppose to be reporting anything late.
