In XXXX of this year I instructed PNC Bnk to change my savings account to a money market account which had and interest rate of 3.49 % for balances above {$10000.00}. My balance was around {$17000.00}. After several calls and two months time they never changed my account and never paid me the interest promised. Finally almost two months later they fixed their error. PNC will not back date the interest. Ive contacted corporate and they will not rectify their error
