XX/XX/2021 I made dispute of about XXXX twice in same month. XXXX XXXX paid for my return flight and told me to go bank the bank reimburse me for one disput but not other equaling {$4000.00}. Now the fraud department has restricted me from debit card use and I glued with ftc to prove identity theft. I need a debit card and my account is never negative and have proof. They also will not let me open a business account from an issue 30 years ago and I ask to dispute I cant and I have no paper work. I feel Im in good standing and should have a debit card and he allowed to open business account
