I have found errors on my credit report filed by EQUIFAX. I have contracted them by mail the week of XX/XX/2023 and the week of XX/XX/2023 and they have failed to respond to my letters. I inquired about a charge off account from XXXX XXXX XXXX & late payments being reported by XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX. the company is reporting inaccurate information on my credit report. I have asked that the information be verified twice, with legal documentation again, ignored /no response. FCRA States that all information on credit report must be accurate and true. Equifax has violated this act ( U.S.C 1681B ) PERMISSABLE PURPOSE. Equifax has failed to respond under time allowed by federal law. I know ask for your help in getting Equifax to respond by deleting the information that their reporting incorrectly.
