My name is XXXX XXXX, Account number : XXXX Loan : XXXX CD : XXXX Issuing bank XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. Estimated Payout : {$520.00} Address : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX MI, XXXX Social Security Number : XXXX Since XX/XX/2023, My self credit builder account has been closed and after submitting documents required by self to verify my identity they have still been reviewing my account for over a month now, although my payout should have been sent to be by XX/XX/ 2023. I have contacted Self several times through email and have also called customer support, when emailing them I get the same message claiming that they can not tell me how long the review process will take and will not let me know if there is any further documentation or verification I can submit. When I call customer support I am told that the department that handles the reviews is not available to talk on the phone at all and will not be taking calls in the future whatsoever. I have done everything on my end to get my money released back to me but to no avail. If there is any way I can get any further help with this issue please let me know
