I have several account that are over 7 years from the date of last activity still showing on my credit report. I hav disputed them several times and neither the credit bureau nor creditor has remove the information nor have they provided proof that the information I have is incorrect. I fell ill in 2016 while XXXX and was placed on XXXX. It took several month for my XXXX payments to start causing my last activity payments to be in XXXX of 2016. When I request statements from the creditors my request is met with a bill but no proof of last activity on their part. The majority of these accounts are with commenity bank aka bread financial ( I had # 7 store accounts with them ), XXXX XXXX XXXX ( this is only one acct but reported twice with different acct numbers ), XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX XXXX XXXX. Every time I dispute date of last activity is over 7 years their reply is charged off account and then their remarks being posted drops my credit score! Of course it is a charged off account but date of last activity is over 7 years.
