My late payments should not be on my consumer report as recorded with federal law. Also theres inaccurate information being reported from the same person they report. On my report for the car loan and late payments. Experian shows 2 30 days and XXXX shows 3 30 days as well as Experian shows 2 90 days and XXXX shows 1 90 days. More information being wrongfully reported the term length on Experian says 78 months and term length on XXXX is blank. Last payment on Experian says XX/XX/XXXX and on XXXX says XX/XX/XXXX if they getting that same information from the same person why everything isnt adding up not only not adding up. Information thats not suppose to be reported without my written consent is being reposted ( A ) credit or insurance to be used primarily for personal, family, or household purposes ; ( B ) employment purposes ; or ( C ) any other purpose authorized under section 1681b of this title. ( 2 ) Exclusions.Except as provided in paragraph ( 3 ), the term consumer report does not include ( A ) subject to section 1681s3 of this title, any ( i ) report containing information solely as to transactions or experiences between the consumer and the person making the report ;
