On the XXXX of XX/XX/2022, i deposited {$100000.00} into my Comenity Direct now recently branded as Bread Savings in order to benefit from their high APY of about 1 %. My account has been restricted since XXXX of 2022. Making it over a year since my account has been restricted. I have been calling for over a year now and all i am been told is my account is under review and they dont know how long the review is going to take. Give me my money please it is over a year and this is daylight robbery! I am a XXXX year old woman and i am down with a XXXX. I put all my life savings into Comenity Direct in order to benefit from their high APY. As a result of Comenity Direct restricting my account and denying me access to my money my life has been unbearable for the past year from sleepless nights and skipping on buying my XXXX medication because i just cant afford it. It is unfair how i am being treated by Comenity Direct.
