Equifax and XXXX have put XXXX credit back on my credit file the court judgment was final in XXXXThey attempted to sue me and I had a lawyer they voluntarily dismissed the case and it was removed from my credit file. Now once again I see them back on my credit file this year reporting out of no where!! which has caused my credit score to drop tremendously is what the intent of the collection agency to do. They tried to sue but I obtain a lawyer and the case was dismissed by them voluntarily how then are you sneaking it back on my report??
