I did a balance transfer with BJs/XXXX XXXX for the amount of {$1300.00} they should have sent the money to XXXX XXXX and XXXX never received it and I never received the funds I have tried to get them to send me pictures front and back of the check but they keep giving me excuses I have been dealing with this for a hole year trying to get this resolved please help I have what ever more information you need
