LVNV FUNDING has made derogatory marks to harm my reputation by using credit reporting bureaus to falsify documentation alleging the existence of a debt. I have never contracted with this company and disputed the alleged debt of {$660.00} ( as of today ). A dispute was filed and marked completed as of XX/XX/ XXXX Pursuant to the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), all credit reporting agencies must validate any alleged debt submitted with the original contract containing the alleged debtor 's signature. LVNV FUNDING failed to present this information to any credit reporting agency before, during, or after the dispute. XXXX also ignored their obligation under FCRA by publishing the alleged debt without proof of an obligation. LVNV FUNDING has continued to report these marks and has refused to provide any evidence that an enforceable contract exists. This reporting has hurt my reputation for several years and has unlawfully decreased my eligibility to obtain credit.
