XX/XX/2022 up until now they call almost every day. They are very rude and disrespectful. They curse at me and keep calling me over and over again. In accordance with the fair credit Reporting act LVNV funding has violated my rights. 15USC 1681Section 602 States that I have a right to privacy. 15USC 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions. I've also never opened a windstream account but there are two on my credit.
