Transunion has responded that the accounts in question have come in VERIFIED. They need to follow an E-OSCAR method of validation. Then it goes through a Metro2 code. That code is generated and sent to the creditor or debt collector. The letter goes to the credit beaurues, E-OSCAR, then the creditor or debt collector. ACDV ( Automated Credit Disputed Verified ). The credit or debt collector must respond to the letter. It is saying that it is VERIFIED or updated. That is ILLEGAL because there is no proof that Transunion has personally validated this account. By law, it MUST be removed! It violates FCRA rules and regluations attached!! My certified letter to transunion # XXXX was sent XX/XX/2023. The certified letter was accepted by Transunion regarding the dispute. It takes 30 days to process the information and respond. They have responded that the accounts are indeed VERIFIED. That means that they have manually checked the account information as valid and there are NO discrepencies in the reporting on my report. That means it is 100 % accurate. The account in question is I. ) XXXX XXXX Credit Card. It must I have proof that the investigation was not accurate. In Transunion 's investigation, they have claimed that the accounts are VERIFIED and belong to me. That means that they have reviewed ALL of my information and are claiming that it is mine. According to the law, they are in violation of FCRA. The addresses on my credit report do NOT match up with the accounts in question. The accounts that I am disputing also are NOT reporting correct accounts, dates opened, last reported, and type of reporting. Legally, the accounts MUST be deleted. If the accounts are NOT deleted from my credit report, I will be suing Transunion for violating the FCRA rules and regulations of publishing false information about consumers reporting information. This makes sense as they are doing it to me. This will be my last dispute before litigation against Transunion. I have attached a copy of my current credit report highlighting the inaccuracies of the above forementioned accounts that MUST be deleted off my credit report. If they are NOT then I will be suing Transunion. I have also attached the data breach settlement from Transunion and there lawsuit. I have attached FCRA rules and regulations that Transunion and the other credit bureaus MUST follow and they are clearly violating. I have also attached a copy of my driver 's license which shows that the information that is reporting is in VIOLATION.
