LexisNexis continues to use unfair and deceptive practices. I've been contacting them since 2022 in reference to them continuing to report inaccurate information. They continue to be reckless and noncompliant even after I have notified them of their grave errors. They have not exercised their grave responsibility with fairness, impartiality and respect for my right to privacy. They have not used reasonable procedures to make sure the information they are reporting is accurate. They never properly verified any information they reported. They have been unfair and biases to me as consumer and continue to have no regards to the Federal Laws. I'm consistently being denied credit, because of the inaccurate information they are providing. They are hindering me from providing from my family. They are continuing to cause me economical and emotional distress. No one deem me credit or insurance worthy. Delete the following information for it is incorrect!
