Dear CFPB officer, I have contacted both your department & the company ( XXXX ) this month and I was being confirmed by the company, there had been NO credit reporting late for 30 days. Due to that, my credit went down to 128 points while I am in the process of refinancing another home. Today, I have reported that XX/XX/2023 payment has been recorded late which is clearly NOT the correct case. I have sent screenshot of my credit monitoring page to show that later reported on my credit. I therefore am asking you to remove this credit reporting from my credit. Thanks!
