I called XXXX to ask why were collection companies were still able to access my credit report even if i had a credit freeze and fraud alert.I explained to the man on the phone that my information was compromised. My neighbor who has a collection company and has been selling my information and placing my name, address, social security number and family members names on the dark web and a lot of other sites, i was able to removed 82 so far however he continues to do this i've had 12 alias and address ' going back 40 years placed on my reports .When i finished the call a new collection from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX placed on my XXXX credit report and my score went down XXXX points. For a year and a half this is been going on there has been a lot of traffic on my reports why isn't anyone seeing this.
