The FCRA states that it is TRANSUNION 's duty to report correct and accurate information on my credit report and file. However, they are NOT. TRANSUNION is reporting inaccurate late payments for the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX account ending in XXXX. These inaccurate late payments include 120 days past due on XX/XX/2018. This is incorrect and is supposed to be reporting as PAID AS AGREED. Moreover, according to 15 U.S.C. 1681a ( d ) ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ) of the FCRA, a consumer report does NOT contain information or experiences between the consumer and the person making the report. A late payment is a " transaction ''. Therefore, the reporting of the inaccurate late payment results in TRANSUNION violating my federally protected consumer rights under the FCRA. Lastly, I did NOT give TRANSUNION written instruction/ permission to furnish the inaccurate late payments on my report and file, violating 15 U.S.C . 1681b ( a ) ( 2 ). It is very clear that TRANSUNION has violated my consumer rights and the reporting of the inaccurate late payments has caused me and my reputation severe harm and discrimination.
