Consumer Narrative

I recently submitted a complaint ( XXXX ) against Equifax Credit on XXXX, and I still have an issues with this organization. First and foremost, I had to submit two request which has taken well over 60 days for them to complete. The second time of submission, I submitted proof of payoffs from the creditors and Equifax still failed to correct the errors. In fact, they closed each request out, stating that the information was being reported correctly. Yet and still I have proof of payments to and from creditors. The two other bureaus seemed to have updated the same information with 15 days of receiving the payments. As I viewed my Equifax credit file most recently, I see where the credit account has been updated but my credit score is NOT reflecting what it should. I have ZERO late payments on my credit file. I am looking at Equifax 's credit scoring and reasoning behind MY actual credit score and factors affecting it. I took the time to screenshot these factors. The other area of concern is that Equifax has still NOT corrected one of the creditors ( XXXX XXXX ) that was recently paid and addressed in my last complaint with them ( 3 times now ), and with cfpb. I have also attached a screenshot of Equifax 's reporting status for the XXXX XXXX account in conjunction with my personal credit file. The information attached was obtained directly from Equifax 's website. I also attempted to submit yet another dispute to have this corrected and was unable to do so. I have attempted several times to have this information corrected and feel like I am not being heard and discriminated against at this point. As for the credit score reporting, I have NO LATE PAYEMNTS, I HAVE NO JUDGEMENTS, NO COLLECTIONS, USING ABOUT 11 % OF MY AVAILABLE CREDIT, A DEBT TO INCOME RATIO THAT '' S AROUND 29 % and INCORRECT INFO BEING REPORTED, and CREDIT SCORE THAT REFLECTS OPPOSITE OF WHAT MY CREDIT HISTORY, CURRENT CREDIT STATUS, ETC reflects per Equifax 's criteria ( attached ). I am seriously considering filing a lawsuit against EQUIFAX should this NOT be corrected IMMEDIATELY as I have made several attempts to work with these issues remedied. Your help and assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you
