This is the third complaint against TD Bank which is systematically lying in its responses. Although their response of XX/XX/2023, fraudulently claimed that " no credit card claim found for XXXX XXXX transaction in question in the amount of {$280.00}, that particular charge was reflected on the credit card # XXXX on XX/XX/2023. Then there was another lie about our alleged failure to file a dispute. We have been disputing charges of XXXX XXXX. On XX/XX/2023, we called TD bank and talked to a person by name XXXX who transferred our call to a fraud department, and I talked to a person by name XXXX. In response to that dispute of illegal charges made by XXXX XXXX TD bank issued a new credit card. But when I started to use the old charges showed up. It was when I filed a second complaint because I felt cheated and abused. Moreover, I disputed charges in my written correspondence to TD Card Service in XXXX OH. On XX/XX/2023, I provided documentary evidence of XXXX XXXX removing all their fraudulent charges to CFPB and TD Bank. But TD Bank continues to lie about the situation!!!
