During the pandemic was a very financially difficult time for me professionally. I am employed as a XXXX, and during the pandemic, the city and the hospital essentially were on lockdown. I was no longer able to perform procedures due to COVID-19 unless they were emergent. This significantly reduce my income. I was unable to make payments and even call Bmw financial to discuss my situation. Under the Cares companies were supposed to make concessions because of the difficult times during the pandemic. When the hospital allowed us to resume normal work, I am mediately paid the remaining balance of my auto loan off which was almost {$7000.00}. I have disputed the claim of me being late many times, but Bmw refuses to remove the late payments. I have hired an attorney and given power of attorney for assistance. BMW Financial refuses to cooperate. Are no longer owe them anything. Its unfortunate that during the time of a global pandemic that they wouldnt take advantage of individuals.
