This company, Credence, says that I owe them money and that my account is in collections when that its not true. I owed XXXX XXXX XXXX for equipment they CLAIMED they never received. I paid XXXX XXXX XXXX, not this Credence company as I don't owe them anything. I paid XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Yet this company placed this on my report as a collection and in turn XXXX dropped my scored by XXXX points. I contacted XXXX and they removed it. Yet XXXX has not responded. I showed them proof. I contacted Credence and gave them the proof, although I dont know why I had to do that when it is an XXXX XXXX XXXX account. So they should be in this complaint as well. Yet, Credence still sent this to the credit bureaus AFTER the fact. This is causing undue stress.
